Save energy with the MSX-Box

The perfectly optimised cooperation between CPU boards and PC boards for the acquisition results in a better performance with less power requirement. This is called a hybrid embedded system.

 

• Less CPU charge and more performance: use of the FPGA components of the PC boards for example for calculations
• Speed up to max. 3.5 µs (response time on interrupt)
• CPU with MIPS processor (RISC architecture): high performance with small heat loss – fan not necessary
